Currently, we are reading Holes by Louis Sachar. We will be working on plot and setting along with character development. Additionally, we will be learning the Plot Diagram and Story Elements.

Additionally, we have begun our "All About Me" Portfolio. This will be an ongoing project throughout the year. As we finish an assignment/project, it will go into this portfolio and will be used for Student Led Conferences, as well as, a tribute to all the hard work they will have done this year.

At the end of the year, they will have a plethora of work to show you. :)
